1. Shipping Coverage
- We provide worldwide shipping.
- Exceptions: Orders cannot be shipped to regions currently affected by war, conflict, or where reliable delivery services are unavailable.
2. Processing Time
- Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
- Custom or personalized products require 3–5 business days for preparation before shipment.
3. Shipping Method & Process
- Orders follow this route: Tibet → Shanghai (domestic leg, no tracking) → Shanghai → Global destinations (international leg, tracking available).
- We work with trusted logistics partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, China Post, European dedicated lines, and U.S. dedicated lines.
- The shipping carrier will be chosen by Sohvara depending on the most efficient and reliable option for your destination.
4. Shipping Fees
- We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders.
- Express shipping is available upon request, with additional charges covered by the customer.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard delivery time is typically 10–15 business days after dispatch from Shanghai.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.
6. Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking numbers are provided once the order leaves our Shanghai hub.
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched internationally.
7. Duties & Taxes
- All duties and import taxes are prepaid by Sohvara.
- Customers are responsible only for local VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by their country.
- No additional customs duties will be charged upon delivery.
8. Delays & Lost Packages
- Sohvara is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
- In the rare case of a lost package, we will either issue compensation or arrange a replacement shipment according to the customer’s preference.
