Return & Refund Policy

At Sohvara Limited (“Sohvara,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Return Conditions

  • You may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returned products must be undamaged and in resalable condition, with all original packaging included.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
  • All other products are eligible for return under our 30-day no-questions-asked policy.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as a full refund, with no deductions for shipping or handling fees.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer).
  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for products of equal value.
  • If the replacement product has a higher value, the buyer will be asked to pay the difference.
  • If the replacement product has a lower value, Sohvara will issue a partial refund for the difference.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Sohvara will cover the return shipping costs for all eligible returns.
  • Customers will not be asked to pay any return postage fees.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • All other standard products are eligible for return under this policy.

6. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at support@sohvara.com or through our Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  3. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team.
  4. Ship the product back to one of our authorized return warehouses.

⚠️ Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
