At Sohvara, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. This Refund and Return Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding product returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Your return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@sohvara.com or use our Contact Page.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and address.
  4. Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

We will cover all return shipping costs in such cases and offer a full refund or replacement.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or engraved products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if labeled as such)
  • Used or visibly worn items

7. International Orders

If you’re returning an item from outside the UK:

  • Clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • You are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred due to mislabeling

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered international returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

8. Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
