2. Products and Services

Sohvara specializes in authentic Tibetan mala beads and Tibetan bracelets. All items are physical products. We also provide custom-made and personalized jewelry upon request.

3. Orders and Payment

  • We accept the following payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer.
  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation is not guaranteed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Orders are shipped from Tibet to our logistics hub in Shanghai, China, and then dispatched internationally.
  • Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days worldwide.
  • Tracking numbers are available only for the international shipping leg (from Shanghai onwards). Domestic transfer within China (Tibet to Shanghai) does not include tracking.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued in full, with no deduction for shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Our products may be purchased by users of any age. However, customers under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent to place an order.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, logos, product descriptions, and website content are the intellectual property of Sohvara Limited.
  • Users may share or reproduce content with proper attribution to Sohvara, but may not misrepresent ownership or alter the original materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Sohvara shall not be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
  • Sohvara shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or health issues caused by the use of our jewelry products. Customers are advised to check product materials before purchase.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
